Hi there,
We are currently working on work-life balance and flexible
working issues in conjunction with colleagues from HR. I was wondering if there
were any examples of good practice that you are aware of within the sector on
these subjects? Any information in particular on promoting work-life balance
and flexible working to all staff, and also ensuring that managers are equipped
and confident in dealing with requests in supportive and constructive ways
would be much appreciated.
