MINORITY STAFF ADVISORY NETWORK PROJECT 4th December 2007 (9.30am - 4pm) The University of Manchester You are invited to a dissemination event to mark the close of the HEFCE Leadership and Management project "Pilot scheme to create a regional network of staff advisory groups supporting, Black and Minority Ethnic, Women, Disabled and Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual and Transgender staff." Event Programme The event will include an overview of the project, its findings and themed workshops: The impact of staff networks on organisational change Reflections on setting up a group Senior Management perspectives Social networking Who should attend?
