Hello,
Please review the following results for lactose tolerance test:

Fast Glucose         19 mmol/L
Glucose -1/2 HR     23.0 mmol/L
Glucose-1 HR         24.2mmol/L
Glucose-1.5HR       23.9mmol/L
Glucose-2HR          25.0mmol/L

The cutoff in our lab:
glucose rise >1.7 mmol/L: Adequate lactase activity
Glucose rise <1.1 mmol/L: lactase deficiency

Questions:
Is lactose tolerance test valid for patients with diabetes?
Can we exclude lactase deficiency from these results?

Thanks
