Eric, what do you mean by "have bypassed the switch in the back of the unit". Are you talking about the water flow switch, which would not be a good idea even for a very short time, or the key switch? Did you accidentally turn off the key switch which is on the outside of back of the unit, if I am remember correctly. We have verified the bulbs are all working, have bypassed the switch in the back of the unit. If the tube were to have coincidently burned out would the high voltage still come on?
