Hi, I have done some VBM analysis (normalised with modulation) and for each subjects output there is a "subjectID"_seg.txt file Within this file there are three numbers. I am assuming these are the GM, WM and CSF volumes and that the units of these numbers are cm^3? If i wanted to assess whether there was a global change in GM, WM or CSF between repeat scans on a subject group, would it be valid to use these figures in a two sample t-test? Best wishes John
