Dear forecasters!
The Lancaster Centre for Forecasting still has places available for its upcoming course on “The Fundamentals of Forecasting”. It course is particularly relevant for those of you forecasting for supply chain management, sales & operations planning, demand planning and call center management.
The compact 3 day course, will start in 20 & 21 November 2007. It consists of 2 blocks of 1.5 days of hands-on-training (using mainly MS Excel) on:
Optional modules are available to supplement the core course: we offer 2 half-day trainings as a gentle introduction to "basic maths & stats" prior to each block. In addition, an optional module will reserve a full day following the core course to analyse your data, build "best practices" models and compare the incrase in accuracy.
