I'm afraid I can't help you with a suitable site but I'd just like to warn you that a school library I was working with, some time ago, was fined by the artists of the CD covers for doing the very same thing as you propose so please be aware of this!  I always warn libraries against assuming that because they are non-profit making libraries and actually - in effect - doing a marketing job for the CDs, that it's OK to do this!   Possibly why you can't get images from the supplier perhaps?  The very same goes for using book jackets in this way, where the copyright is still with the artist and not the publisher.
