Dear all

Is anyone else having problems with Google this morning?
We can access the UK homepage, and type in our search, but we are then presented with a "403 forbidden" error page which says "We're sorry but your query looks similar to automated requests from a computer virus or spyware application. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now.  ....  To continue searching, please type the characters you see below: "
Typing in the characters allows us to continue searching, but it's very annoying to have to do this every time you want to use Google.

I seem to recall this happening before and it was a result of IT somewhere making changes to the NHS IP addresses. I've spoken to our IT helpdesk, but they are typically saying the problem is with Google, not as a result of anything they've done!

Can anyone shed any light on this?
Many thank in advance

Katherine
