Dear Heather

Your question is unclear to me. I am not a tutor who has teaching
hours
- in addition to interviews with students I have phone calls and email
conversations with them. I also have conversations with tutors,
funding
authorities and others on their behalf. What do you mean by contact
time? I would differentiate between casework, which is any action on
behalf of students and other tasks / team meetings etc. On that basis,
casework is about 90% of my time.

time.  How many hours do Disability Advisers, Officers spend with
