Michael is correct and here in East Anglia we have had the request as
follows:
I am operating under the Gangmaster (Licensing) Act 2004 and require
information in order to ascertain whether Licensing Standard 3 (Debt
Bondage, Harsh Treatment or Intimidation of Workers) and Licensing
Standard 4 (Workers' Accommodation) have been breached by 2 particular
licensed Gangmasters.
Just for a Friday `amusement moment` the interesting thing with this is
that our newly installed "naughty words" email filter trapped the email
on the word "bondage" and led to me getting it released with some
difficulty and embarrassment.
