The approach that I take myself to situations such as this is to contact the
organisation concerned. They normally come back within a reasonable
timescale when you tell them that it will make it easier for you to disclose
the information they need.
You need to check the legislation yourself , of course, to confirm the right
in to your own satisfaction.
