Looking for a movie title
Hi all,
I’m hoping that CGF members might be able to help me.
I’m trying to remember the name of a film that documents the foibles of a US-Owned power utility company operating in one of the new post-soviet states as it attempts to “encourage” the public to actually pay for the electricity that it sells. Most of the public are quite happy to ”borrow” electricity through make-shift connections to the grid...
If anyone can remember the name of the rather vaguely described film I’d very much appreciate it if you could contact me off-list.
