Dear SPMer,
 
I use SPM2 under linux system. I am trying to use ROI mask in conjunction analysis. It seems there is conflict between loading conjunction function and ROI mask. Whenever the conjunction analysis option pops up, no following ROI mask option appears. Does anyone have any similar experience and known what happened? I would be very grateful for any advice.
