I’ve had some luck at obtaining copies of scores from the American Music Center. See:

Subject: Sets of Music

Hi!

Can anybody advise me on the best way to go about borrowing sets of musical scores?  Is there a central place you can go to, or  is it a question of looking around individual libraries?  We've never been asked before, so I'm afraid I'm completely in the dark!

Regards,
