*******Apologies for cross posting*********** UKeiG will be at Internet Librarian International (ILI) 2007. The event takes place at the Copthorne Tara Hotel in London on October 8th-9th and this year's theme is 'New Realities, Roles and Resources'. CILIP is an Association Sponsor and UKeiG are also supporting the event. The programme is jam-packed with goodies and UKeiG committee member Karen Blakeman is presenting 'What the Search Engines are up to Now' on Tuesday, 9th October. UKeiG also plans to have a presence at the event's showcase exhibition, so come along and say hello. As well as the talks and presentations ILI provides participants with an excellent opportunity to network and make new friends. There is an Early Bird discount if you register before September 14th and there are special rates for CILIP members.
