Thoughts please on the next step if any. 52 year old male, previously well found to have microscopic haematuria on Insurance Medial. Urinary tract ultrasound NAD, IVU NAD. Microscopic haematuria persists. Would you send him to a urologist or assume it was benign renal haematuria (? thin membrane disease) The patient is not keen on referral at this time
