52 year old male, previously well found to have microscopic haematuria on 
Insurance Medial.
Urinary tract ultrasound NAD, IVU NAD.
Microscopic haematuria persists.
Would you send him to a urologist or assume it was benign renal haematuria 
(? thin membrane disease)
The patient is not keen on referral at this time
