I'm surprised that the panel regarded the expert witness report as so much more competent and fulfilling the duties society places on registered medical practitioners than the two Courts (high and appeal) for whom the work was done. Reading the entire judgement and preferably the proceedings of the panel to see what evidence and arguments were involved may be informative, if it is possible. And of course we should all take note of the barrister and solicitors involved, in case urgent need of a fantastically talented and hard-wrking legal team for some major and almost intractable problem arises. -- A
