Can anyone tell me if this NES is still in existence or has been superceded by the MH and Depression domains of QOF? Our PCT is re-designing MH services in a way that will give GPs much more responsibility than before. It seems to me a good re-design, but along the lines of the NES, there has, however been no mention of our being paid for providing the NES.
