I'm a fairly regular contributor but no longer a full time GP. Have 
worked around half-time for some months of the last two years in NHS GP. 
Likely to do less of that in the future.

As for information, still hard to beat asking someone who has already 
assimilated, used, tested and revised mere information in clinical 
practice. But I agree, lot of good stuff on le net and easier to find 
than it used to be.

This might be a good time for a headcount, if the region immediately
above the parapet doesn't look too dangerous.

I'm a full time GP in Nottingham which is generally reckoned to be
within the UK.

Another less sinister reason may be the increased availability of
information on t'internet, which makes it less necessary to ask
knowledgeable colleagues.>>>>
