The first patch for fsl 4.0 in now available: The patch contains a number of minor bug fixes and changes. You can either download the full version as normal or download a patch from http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/patches/ To install the patch, untar it into the same directory level as your FSLDIR (e.g. if FSL is installed in /usr/local/fsl, untar the patch into /usr/local/ ) Regards Matthew
