Hello all, I am currently analyzing images acquired from a combined EEG-fMRI study of epileptic patients. The images were acquired with the EEG and fMRI running continuously and the fMR images were analyzed following interictal spikes. I am performing both spatial and temporal ICA on the fMRI results to try and locate and extract ICs that resemble interictal epileptiform activity. I was curious if there was anyone with experience in this area that I could get in touch with for some advice? Please let me know. Thank you.
