Recently founded, the all-electronic econometric journal in Russian
language QUANTILE announces an open call for papers. The journal publishes
methodological essays on econometric methodology and regular applied
econometrics papers. The articles and essays are translated and published
in Russian, but titles and abstracts are published on an English page.
Please see the webpage for recently published material, authors, and other
details. Detailed information about the journal and submission rules also
appear below.

Please forward your work to the address submit(at)quantile.ru. We
guarantee a very quick refereeing process and very short publication lags
(usually, a paper gets published from half a year to a year from time of
submission). This is especially a good opportunity for advanced graduate
students to have a publication before entering a job market.

Website in English: http://quantile.ru/eng/index.html

"Quantile" is indexed in RePEc and listed in Econometric Links

GUIDE TO AUTHORS
Manuscripts for publication in the "Articles" section should be submitted
by electronic mail to the address submit(at)quantile.ru. Submitted work
may be drawn from any applied field within the economics profession. The
main requirement is correct usage of adequate econometric methodology. The
manuscript should be written in Russian (for Russian-speaking persons) or
in English (for all others) in the Microsoft Word or (preferably) LaTeX
formats, and not exceed 30 double-spaced À4 pages. All submissions are
subject to quality control by the editorial counsel and independent
referees. A promising manuscript may be returned to the author(s) for
polishing or rewriting. The editor also invites econometrics experts
worldwide to contribute to the methodological sections of the journal.
Articles and methodological material published in Quantile do not transfer
original copyright, neither in full, nor in part.
