Hello,

I've just been informed by the NHS that they do not pay for Needs
Assessments until Nursing students are enrolled on their course. This
is the first I've heard of this, and I'm quite alarmed as that would
mean that these students would have to wait until well into their first
semester before receiving the DSA, and in this case, one-to-one dyslexia
tuition. It is also not in-line with the procedure followed by Local
Authorities. I'm waiting for a call back from the NHS (from someone who
I hope can tell me something different!), but was just wondering if
anyone else had heard of this before?
