There has been a lot of discussion about the wording. We use the  
expression AccessForAll for the metadata approach we are contributing  
to. I hope it covers your concerns. We have an adaptability term that  
can be used by a number of communities including those concerned  
about inclusiveness in education.

We refer to the AccessForAll DC metadata not as an application  
profile for accessibility but as an application profile module so  
that it is clear the same module can be plugged into DC govt, DC  
education, DC tools, etc application profiles.
