Hi, I have a project which I have set up with a protein as one molecular system (MS1) and the same protein in complex with an RNA molecule as another molecular system (MS3). Currently I have one shiftlist for the protein alone and one for the complexed protein but they are both associated with MS1 (bit stupid of me in retrospect but seemed a good idea at the time!). Is it possible to transfer one of the shiftlists from one molecular system to another? Related to this, is there an easy way to edit shiftlists from the command line? cheers, Jo Claridge
