PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - Will people STOP mailing the list to ask to be removed.  It is very inconsiderate. Most of us view this list as a really valuable source of discussion and information and I see no reason why we should have to put up with these requests blocking up our mailboxes.  I have already explained in numerous posts how to leave the list if you wish to.

First - you can do it yourself.  Just go to:

http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/lists/THERAPEUTIC-COMMUNITIES.html

click on "Join or Leave the List" - enter your e-mail address and name and click on "Leave Therapeutic Communities".  That's it - no fuss, no complications and no irritation for those of us who value the list and want to stay.

Second - if you have problems with these instructions write to me off-list at:

[log in to unmask]

and I will remove you from the list.

But please show a little consideration for those of us who do want to use the list
