Dear Colleagues
 
I have been asked to develop a Career Development Scheme here at the
University of Bradford.  The former Career Development Scheme is no longer
suitable and does not reflect the changes brought about by HERA.  Has anyone
had any experience of developing a Career Development Scheme which makes use
of (or supports) the HERA process?  If so, would you be willing to share
your experience?  
 
I'd welcome any information, comments or suggestions.
