Hi , i wonder how i can get real binary masks from the segmented volumes after running the standard segmentation of SPM5. Due to partial volume effects, among other things. the segmented volume has still a small range of grayscale. Is there a way i can influence the range of the grayscale? Also, i could not find out how to get numerically the volume... Thanks for any help. Thomas
