Adaptation: The Journal of Literature on Screen Studies (Oxford University Press, 2008), edited Deborah Cartmell, Timothy Corrigan and Imelda Whelehan, welcomes submissions on any aspect of literature on screen studies including, filming popular literature, canonical adaptations, unfilmable books, authors on screen, silent literary adaptations, television, novelizations, genres, appropriations and representations, fan communities, adaptation theory and the state of the discipline. Submissions should be 5-10,000 words in MLA format. The deadline for the first issue is 01/11/07.
