Dear All,

We would like to vodcast some of the public events that we run here at the
gallery and am wondering how to resolve the issue of consent to broadcast
video footage of the audience? We could easily choose the easy option of
not including people's faces and only including backs of heads- but
obviously it is more interesting to see faces of people attending the
event. Also, we are planning a music and poetry event where it may not be
a sit down audience- but rather people dipping in and out of the event.

Does anyone have any suggestions of a manageable way to get audience
consent to use the footage for a vodcast?

Many thanks for any ideas/ experiences of this.

Best,

Helena
