If anyone knows of care pathways other than the Liverpool Care pathway or mental health ones being used in more than one organisation, please could you contact me with details? Also, any research reports on the effectiveness of pathways (I've found very little in Cochrane/NRR/BL OPAC). I'm especially interested in diabetes and COPD.
