Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust Assistant Librarian Band 5 Based at Rochdale Infirmary but involving regular duties at the other three Trust sites (Fairfield Hospital Bury, the Royal Oldham Hospital and North Manchester General) the post-holder's two main responsibilities will be to assist the Library Systems Officer with the management of electronic resources, and assist in the day-to-day professional running of the Rochdale site library. The successful candidate will also provide occasional cover at the other three sites. Applicants should hold a degree or postgraduate qualification in library/information management or information technology or other relevant discipline.
