I think Chris Hand's suggestion of a national journal holdings list for NHS-England would be excellent. - (But would the publishers start to put up their prices if we get too organised?). The only other problem I could see, would be single-working library staff who may not be able to cope if inundated with requests.... However, we have definitely been told we are covered to copy articles for other NHS staff.....
