Hi Claire, The Money Programme strand is now produced by the Open University. As the OU operates its own off air recording scheme, OU programmes are not covered by the ERA licence. More information about the OU scheme is available here: http://www.ouw.co.uk/info/record.shtm Alternatively, some of the Open University Money Programmes have been made available commercially but "How Green is your High Street" doesn't seem to be available yet: http://www.ouw.co.uk/ If you contact the OU they should be able to tell you if that particular title is going to be released on DVD.
