Dear Colleagues, It's 15 years since the former Westfield College collections moved down from Hapstead to Mile End after the merger. FOr some reason no one thought to evaluate and weed what were two very comprehensive German literature collections. I've just finished doing so and have over 40 metres of stock for disposal. There are quite a number of sests of complete works as well as critical works and biographies from throughout the PT range in Library of Congress. There are far too many boks for me to list and since other weeding has been going on I don't think I can run a report that would list them, though I'll have a go. But anyone who wants to arrange a "pick your own" visit and carry things off would be very welcome after Monday 13 August. Alternatively if there's area that interests you I can let you know if I have anything.
