Drawing on market leading experience, your responsibilities will span undertaking feasibility studies, and developing customer based operational and location strategies for investors. Core business is location planning studies and turnover modelling for occupiers based on forecasts and a detailed understanding of consumers. You will pair an impressive academic background in a numerate discipline, with 3 to 4 years of business experience, including 2 to 3 years in a consultancy role. Though experience of retail location analysis is an advantage it is not essential, as highly motivated candidates demonstrating a willingness to learn will also be considered. Utilising your excellent communication and IT skills, you will combine advanced shopping models, location databases and lifestyle surveys to provide UK occupiers with in depth insight in response to market challenges scoping fewer development opportunities and increasing shopper sophistication.
