This has probably been raised before but we are thinking of introducing an intern scheme, and don't really know what to offer. We were thinking along the lines of 3 months, twice a year. Do we ask for a daily commitment or does once a week work better, particularly when MA students are on a course. Do we offer more than expenses? I would really appreciate any advice.
