Turns out that there is a slight "feature" in avwmeants which wrongly adds on a column of zeros under certain circumstances. This had already been fixed and is ready to be put into the next release of FSL. Unfortunately in the meantime, the easiest option is for you to go in yourself and remove the zeros if necessary  - apologies for that.
