Hi! I was just wondering if it's possible to use FSL to q-space analysis of diffusion data and if it's possible how should I start? I've never used FSL anyway and now I should make some analysis from diffusion data. I made some measurement with 13 gradient directions and 8 b-values linearly increased in G. There was 50 slices also. First of all, i should probably arrange data somehow and then do the q-space tensor. Again how easy it is with FSL?
