Greetings I have 150 new residents of different specialties (as for now, I do not know how are they on their EB knowledge and competencies) and I would like to do a diagnosis or evaluation of their knowledge of the Evidence Based Practice process. Would anyone in the group have some suggestion on what type of questions or format could I use? In the past I used several questions based on the Fresno and Berlin questionnaires, but I think it could be too much for just knowing how are they right now... or maybe not... -- Carlos A.
