Dear Colleagues, Not being an expert in this field, I am looking for a simple starting point for regulatory information that will help companies from outside the EU set up enterprises here, and especially in the UK. Is there an EU-wide set of basic guidance for this? Or a UK-only set, if Member States are offering different terms & conditions from each other? I imagine that if it exists, it will broadly identify fiscal, company/corporate and technical regulations in force. Its function could just be to flag up major issues for eg. Chinese companies looking to invest here. I am sure that individual companies with a confirmed interest would then employ legal advisers to guide them further.
