Good afternoon everyone can any one
help with this please, I have phoned and contacted all the
appropriate places however nobody can help. It's an Explanatory Memorandum
to Council Directive 85/374/EEC on the approximation of the laws, regulations
and administrative provisions of the Member States concerning liability
for defective products. We think it may be dated 26 September 1979.
I have found the following references
on PreLex (although the documents are not there) - COM/1979/415/FINAL and
OJ C/1979/271/ 3, which we think may possibly be the documents
