We are intending to publish our Building Regulations and Planning
Applications on our web site. By publishing the applicant's name are we
disclosing or suggesting their ethnic origin ? For example, does Ahmed ibn
Mohammed disclose sensitive personal data any more than Joe Bloggs, or
Francois Granjard ?
I hasten to add that these are names I have made up.
We do not intend to identify disabled adaptions.
What have other Authorities done ?
