We
provide 5um, 10um, 20um stable beam with fluxes of
1-2x10**11.
Mini-beam (our terminology) has proven itself
indispensable for number of projects covering wide range of crystal
diffraction properties.

Hi, all
I am working with this protein that only gives very thin needle crystals
(25micron by 25 micron by 100-200micron) despite of various atempts to make
it bigger, I am wondering if anybody here has any information as to where I
can find a micro-focus beamline that will work on tiny needle crystals of
this size in US.
Also, I tried without any luck to do microseeding with my crystals
using microbatch method which is the only method that will give me crystals, it
has been a big concern that the tiny seed crystals I collected on the hair for
streak seeding will be wiped out when I drag the hair through a layer of oil
used for microbatch to seed new drops. It will be great if anybody has some
hands on experience on doing microseeding in microbatch can give me some
insights on this problem.
Thanks you very much in advance for all your help!
Best,
Peng
