I have posted a new version of our Messaging Service building block to our download page, which creates SMS accounts on a per-course basis in Blackboard. The old version worked on an account per-user basis. In the new version, it is also possible to create and administer SMS accounts completely from within the Blackboard interface. In the previous version new accounts had to be set up manually on the SMS provider's website. This is now done remotely from Blackboard.
