Hello Christine

I am afraid I do not have time to answer your long questionnaire as I only work part-time. In any case, our BOP model is very derivative of the CArdiff one, no reader development / bibliotherapy aspects.
I attach a copy of our guide for health professionals - everything else can be found on our website - www.hertsdirect.org/libraries

Best wishes for your research

Subject: Dissertation questionnaire

Hallo,

I am currently completing an MSc in Information and Library Studies at
Strathclyde University and I would appreciate any bibliotherapy providers
completing the attached questionnaire as a way of learning about good
practice and mapping the type of services available.

I am particularly interested in any gender issues and in using imaginative
literature but any details would be helpful. Glasgow Women's Library is
planning a service for the future when we move to the Mitchell Library.

Thank you for your co-operation,

Christine Cather BA MCLIP
