*Apologies for cross posting* Society of Archivists Conference 2008 - Call for papers "Spanning the Spectrum: confronting Record Keeping Challenges" University of York - 26-29 August 2008 This conference will examine the challenging areas that are common to both Archivists and Records Managers. Topics will include digital preservation, the future of the profession and how to deal with the records being created by new technologies, both now and in the future, but stimulating and innovative contributions are welcome on any relevant subject. Proposals may be for individual papers or for whole sessions. Prospective speakers should submit a CV together with a précis of up to 400 words.
