Dear FSL Users, Our lab uses a fractional anisotropy analysis module written in IDL that we would like to try to integrate with TBSS. Have others done similar integration of their own software? Do you have any advice on the best programming strategy? Would it be necessary to re-code this module in the language of FSL? Sincerely, Marc
