Yn ateb i John dyma'r para cyfan:-

During the early 18th century a vogue for music "in the Italian style" swept through England and Handel composed nearly thirty Italian operas. Unfortunately he invested his own money in these operatic enterprises, leading to his own bankruptcy in 1737. The strain broke Handel's health, culminating in an attack of paralysis. With remarkable resilience he re-built his career with a series of oratorios, the musical form for which he is best remembered, stating that "sacred music was best suited to a man descending in the vale of years".

Yr union beth sy'n fy mhoeni i ydi sut i ddeud 'someone is best remebered for ayyb'. Wela i ddim arweiniad yn GyrA. A bwrw na fedra i ddim deud 'for which' yn dwt beth bynnag, ond mi ga i ffordd o ddatrys hynna, ydi'n iawn i mi ddeud rwbath fel 'am y ffurf hon ar gerddoriaeth rydym yn cofio x orau'? Ydi'r 'am' yn gywir? Ta oes gofyn troi'r holl beth rownd a deud rwbath fel 'y ffurf ar gerddoriaeth sy'n dwyn x fwyaf i'r cof'? ne rwbath felly.

  Diolch

  Annes
