I met a problem in functional connectivity study using SPM2. I wanted to generate a set of discrete cosine basis function (frequency range of 0 - 0.1 hz) as regressors to fit the resting state data set. My questions are how to determine the number of the basis function and which functions of spm2 can generate these function.
